Video checks
When staff book a video call to check your facility for a badge, and how to join it.
Some badges include a look at where you keep your animals, done by video call with PerfectPal staff.
When one is booked
Staff schedule it while your application is in review. Settings › Verification shows Video check scheduled with the date and time (in your time zone), and you're emailed.
PerfectPal sends the meeting link before the call. When it's time, choose Join the video check.
Can't make it?
Under Can't make it, or a question?, suggest another time or tell staff what you need, then Send to staff. Staff confirm a new time.
Tips
- Be where your animals are, with your phone charged and a good connection.
- Have your documents nearby in case staff ask about them.
