Shipping and pickup

Money › Shipping has two parts.

Shipping buy-now orders

Tick I ship orders, then set:

• Shipping per order, and optionally Free shipping on orders over an amount;
• Business days to get an order ready;
• Days you ship.

Shipping is within your own country only: shipping live animals across the border needs permits. Each stock listing still chooses pickup, shipping or both under Getting it to the buyer.

Pause shipping › Hold shipments for now stops shipping during heat waves, cold snaps or holidays, with an optional note for buyers (for example "Shipping resumes when overnight lows are above 5°C"). Buyers can still choose pickup where you offer it.

How animals go home (requests)

For animals placed through a request, buyers can always collect from you. Choose what else you offer: I'll meet buyers partway (up to a distance), I deliver (up to a distance, with your usual price), or A hired transporter is fine. Add anything buyers should know. Each plan is then agreed with the buyer on their request: see Go-home plans, visits and pickups.

Buyers searching with "Can come to me" see sellers who deliver or meet partway within their stated distance.
