Troubleshooting
My listing isn't showing in search
The usual reasons a listing doesn't appear, and how to fix each one.
Check these in order.
- Is your page published? Open Your page › Profile. If it says your profile is hidden, choose Publish profile. Nothing shows in search until it is.
- Is the listing live? Open it. Paused, Archived or Closed listings are hidden. A listing paused because nobody answered a "still available?" email says so on its page: set it back to available.
- Is it a rescue listing? Those show only when buyers search for animals for adoption.
- Are the buyer's filters hiding it? A buyer far away, or filtering for "available now" while your group is still expected, won't see it. Search for your own listing with no filters and Any distance.
- Is the species allowed where the buyer is? A buyer in an area where the species can't be sold doesn't see it.
- Was it just changed? Search updates right away, but a buyer's open page doesn't: ask them to reload.
Still missing? Contact support with the listing's address.
